About Me
- fasi
- Hi, Welcome to my blog! I am Syed Fasiuddin, an Indian-born photographer. This blog displays some of my work from the journey that I started as an amateur photographer playing with my camera in my spare time till now, when I am a senior press photographer. I started my career as a darkroom assistant, where I learned to manipulate the use of colours and shades in black and white pictures in the manual processing and printing of pictures taken by professional photographers. In my work, I tend to focus on artistic photography and have won state- and national-level accolades in many photography salons and competitions before entering into industrial and advertising photography. I now work for a publishing house in Muscat, Oman. I strongly believe that photojournalism is one of the most satisfactory branches of photography. I hope that you enjoy my work and can spare some time to leave comments. Thank you!
